Savanna joined Richards & Moskowitz as a law clerk in June 2021. She graduated in 2022 from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law of Arizona State University where she founded a student organization, the Cannabis Legal Association, and served as its President. She graduated with a Certificate in Law, Science, and Technology, focusing on the unique and evolving legal and technological challenges the cannabis industry faces. During law school, Savanna also served as the Executive Article Editor for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal.
Savanna now serves as the Secretary for the Sandra Day O’Connor Inn of Court and the Deputy Communications Director for Arizona NORML, a non-profit organization dedicated to help reform state and federal marijuana laws. Savanna is also very involved in her family’s foundation, The Payton Wright Foundation, where she assists families across the country caring for children with brain cancer.
Before law school, Savanna toured with various musicians and performed at bars and concert halls as a singer/songwriter. A native of Sarasota, Florida, when Savanna is not practicing law you can find her baking up delicious treats for her friends, trying out new restaurants, or exploring more of Arizona.
