Michael Narlock

Michael joined Richards & Moskowitz as a law clerk in January 2023. He took an unconventional route and attended Vermont Law School’s Accelerated Juris Doctorate Program where he graduated cum laude and received his degree in two years. While at Vermont Law School, Michael worked as an Academic Success Mentor, providing mentoring and tutoring services for his peers. He also participated
in Moot Court and provided legal services at Vermont Law School’s Energy Clinic where he assisted small to low-moderate income individuals with community solar projects. Before graduating, Michael took the July 2022 Bar Exam and was a full-time legal extern with the Maricopa County Superior Court, assisting Commissioner Vanessa Smith in probate matters and proceedings.

Michael now serves on the Maricopa County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division as a Board Member. Prior going to law school, he was an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter working as an outside Talent Acquisition specialist for clients within the architecture, engineering, and manufacturing industries. Michael brings his passion of assisting businesses with their complex problems to Richards & Moskowitz, including providing litigation support in transactional, partnership, and employment disputes. He also is involved in the firm’s civil and human rights matters.

After growing up in Eagan, Minnesota and attending law school in Vermont, Michael relocated to Arizona to be closer to extended family who have called Arizona home for over twenty-five years. When he is not practicing law, Michael enjoys the Arizona weather by playing tennis, pickleball, golf, and snowboarding.
