Jennifer joined Richards & Moskowitz in March 2026. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on serving the firm’s business and government clients. She has extensive experience representing business owners and individuals in commercial disputes and other civil litigation matters. Her work includes litigation strategy, motion practice, and finding effective solutions for complex legal disputes.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2012, graduating with a Certificate in Law, Science, and Technology focusing on Genomics & Biotechnology Law. During law school, she served as an extern for the Honorable David G. Campbell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and was recognized as a Pedrick Scholar.
Since becoming licensed in Arizona in 2013, Jennifer has developed her practice in civil litigation and business law, drawing on her business management background for roles in legal project management and firm administration. She previously served as a Community Board Member and Center Research Fellow with ASU’s Center for Law, Science & Innovation.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the State Bar of Arizona and the U.S. District Court for
the District of Arizona. Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys reading, hiking and staying
active outdoors.
