Samantha joined Richards & Moskowitz as a law clerk in May 2024. She graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in May 2025. During law school, Samantha served as a Research Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. She also externed with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Litigation Division/Consumer Protection and Advocacy Section, the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council, and the Government Relations & Regulatory team at Fennemore.
Before law school, Samantha was elected to serve as a State Representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives during its bicentennial session. She was a member of the House Executive Departments and Administration Committee, and chaired a subcommittee evaluating proposed regulatory legislation aimed at reducing human trafficking. As a freshman legislator, she also co-founded a caucus to help amplify priority issues impacting young constituents, and served on the executive board for the nearly 30-member group.
Samantha formerly worked in hospitality management where she supervised teams in both the café and restaurant setting, and even ran her own bean-to-bar chocolate shop. She has long been spoiled by the best food, sweets, and coffees in New England, but is always accepting recommendations for the next best treat for her and her son here in Phoenix.
