Bobby’s civil litigation practice at Richards & Moskowitz focuses on the firm’s business and government clients. He earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. There, he served as a certified limited practice student for the University’s First Amendment Clinic. During law school, he gained litigation experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Christopher A. Coury at the Maricopa County Superior Court and as a litigation extern for the City of Tempe Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Bobby served as a legal extern at the Arizona Governor’s Office of General Counsel. He also studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, during his 1L summer.
After law school, Bobby served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Angela K. Paton at the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division I. There, he conducted extensive legal research and drafted recommended decisions in civil, criminal, family, juvenile, and administrative cases. He also presented case recommendations before a judicial panel. Following his judicial clerkship, he worked at a Phoenix law firm specializing in complex
commercial and construction matters.
Bobby is a Chicagoland native and lived there for over 25 years. He graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, with a triple major in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (“MBA”) from North Central. While pursuing his MBA, Bobby worked as an account manager at Groupon, Inc., and lived in Lincoln Park.
Bobby is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan and regularly attends sporting events. He is an avid marathon runner and has completed over 25 marathons, including the Chicago, Berlin, New York City, and Boston marathons. He also enjoys traveling and playing golf. Bobby values time with his friends and family, including his parents and three siblings, who now reside in the Phoenix area.
